Description
Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of recent Special Procedures, Cath Lab, or EP Lab experience in a fast-paced acute care environment. Candidates should be comfortable assisting with cardiac catheterization, peripheral vascular, and electrophysiology procedures while collaborating closely with physicians and procedural teams to ensure safe patient care.
Responsibilities include patient preparation and monitoring, sterile field setup, operating and troubleshooting cath lab equipment, assisting during invasive procedures, and maintaining procedural documentation and equipment quality standards. Experience in critical care settings such as ICU or ED is preferred. Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
Weekend rotation and rotating after-hours call required, including Sunday rotation. Candidates must be able to maintain a 30-minute maximum call response time.
Certifications required: ARRT or RCIS, AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, and Active TX MRT/LMRT License
