📍 Pittsfield, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | ☀️ Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Seeking an experienced Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes. The ideal candidate will have strong home health experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans
Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary home health team to develop comprehensive plans of care
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
Recommend and train patients on communication aids and rehabilitation equipment as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Home Health SLP experience
Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist License
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required (Clinical Fellow candidates accepted)
Current AHA BLS certification
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Acute care experience preferred

Assignment Details:

13-week assignment
40 hours per week
Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Every 4–6 weekends and holiday coverage as needed
No on-call
Home Health assignment
Meditech EMR
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred commute of 45 minutes or less from the Pittsfield office (service area)
