Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night shift assignment at Boulder Park Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing Home in Charlevoix, MI. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of LTC nursing experience and be committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents.
Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate residents and families on treatment plans and ongoing care.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and patient safety standards.
Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care while promoting quality outcomes.
Requirements
Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at submission)
Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) RN experience
BLS (AHA) certification required
Michigan LTC fingerprinting is highly preferred

Patterns Hiring Job ID #68282. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
