Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU/SICU)

MyMichigan Health – Midland, Surgical ICU | Midland, MI | Nov 16, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Night Shift

Seeking an experienced SICU RN for a 13-week assignment providing specialized medical-surgical and post-operative critical care.

Position Highlights:

12-hour night shifts (6:42 PM – 7:12 AM)
36 hours/week guaranteed
Three weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period (Friday and Saturday)
No on-call
EMR: Epic
Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not accepted

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of SICU experience required
Prior travel assignment history preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred
Active Michigan RN license required, verified through LARA and/or Nursys
Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
Active American Heart Association ACLS certification required
Current ICU skills checklist, completed within the last year, required
Complete work history required
Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years required
Permanent address required for eligibility verification

Patterns Hiring Job ID #71957-1026. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
