📍 Everett, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | 🔄 Variable 10-Hour Rotating Shifts

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Technician / Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient OR experience with Da Vinci Robotics and Endoscopy and be flexible with rotating shifts and on-call coverage.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures
Scrub and assist surgeons during inpatient operative cases
Support robotic procedures utilizing the Da Vinci system
Assist with Endoscopy and other surgical procedures
Prepare, organize, and handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
Maintain strict sterile and aseptic techniques throughout procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
Participate in weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage as required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Operating Room/Surgical Technologist experience
Prior travel experience required
Active NBSTSA, NCCT, or AST Certification required at submission
Current AHA BLS Certification
Da Vinci robotic experience required
Endoscopy experience required
Must be able to meet a 30-minute on-call response time
EPIC experience preferred

Assignment Details:

13-week assignment
40 guaranteed hours per week
Variable 10-hour rotating shifts
Must be flexible with shift scheduling
Rotating on-call as needed
Weekend and holiday coverage as needed
Every other major holiday required
Adult inpatient OR (16+ patient population)
Start Date: August 11, 2026
