Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Location: De Pere, WI

Weekly Pay: $1,014.24 – $1,193.22 / week

Assignment Duration: 14 Weeks (Option for 13–14 weeks)

Shift: 5x8 Nights (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in De Pere, WI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care across diverse settings within the facility, including Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), Rehabilitation, and Short-Term Stay units.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including wound care, stoma care, wound vacs, PEG/G/J-tube management, catheter care, and tube feeds.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and antibiotics (if IV certified); perform IV starts and blood draws as required.
• Monitor patient status, update clinical documentation, and report changes to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
• Float across facility units (Rehab, SNF, LTAC, LTC, and Short-Term Stay) as operational needs require.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent LPN/LVN experience in an LTC, SNF, LTAC, or Rehabilitation setting.
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin LPN License or Compact/Multi-State LPN License (clean background with no disciplinary actions).
• Certifications:
  • Active AHA BLS/CPR Certification.
  • IV Certification preferred (not required).
• Locality Restriction: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
