To be considered for the position, candidates must be prepared to go through a series of verification and onboarding processes. This includes providing a license or certificate verification, a fit test, a 10-panel drug screen, and various professional and health history documents upon onboarding. Additionally, candidates should have certain personal health vaccinations and screenings verified, including for COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and tuberculosis (2 Step PPD or IGRA). Professional requirements include an integrity and audit services form, a Motor Vehicle Report, education verification, criminal background check, and other specific Trinity professional and health-related documentation. Furthermore, a Trinity Skills Checklist and a Trinity Profile must be completed, along with various other professional forms such as the Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form and the Criminal Background Check. Certifications related to the role should also be verified.
