The job description for the Progressive Cardiac Care unit includes several required and optional certifications, licenses, and qualifications: 1. **Required Certifications and Licenses (For Submission):** - Nursys - License/Certificate Verification - Driver's License/State ID - Ascension Profile - Ascension 2 Professional References 2. **Required Onboarding Tests and Documentation:** - Ascension Pharmacology Exam - Ascension Medical Surgical Exam - Ascension Core Competencies - Ascension EKG Exam - Education Attestation - Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding - MMR - Fit Test - Hepatitis B - Influenza Vaccine - Health Statement - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Varicella - Tdap - Criminal Background Check Results - EPLS - Skills Checklist - 12 Panel Drug Screen - Education Verification - Confirmation of Assignment - Employment Verification - Badge Photo 3. **Optional Documents:** - Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire - Unit Specific Checklist - Name Change Document - Hiring Manager Evaluation The patient population includes medical, cardiac, pre/post cardiovascular surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow, with a patient ratio of 1:4-5.
