**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Experience with Charting System: Epic. - Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS). **Preferred Experience:** - Community hospital experience is preferred. - Trauma Level I and II experience is preferred. **Skills Required:** - Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery - Scrub Thoracic Surgery - Heart procedures - Scrub Vascular Surgery - Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) - Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD) - MAZE Procedure - Mitral valve replacement - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) - Lobe resection - Thoracotomy - VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery) - Aortic Aneurysm repair - Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair - Arteriovenous fistula repair - Carotid angioplasty - Carotid artery stenting - Carotid Endarterectomy - Femoral popliteal bypass graft **Other Requirements:** - Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submission. - TWO supervisory references are highly preferred and must be Manager or above - charge not accepted. - Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start. **Pre-Application Requirements:** - Required Pre-Application Fee: Mandatory $125 pre-application fee for privileging candidates for CVOR First Assistant, OR Tech First Assistant, and RNFA.
