Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Current RN License (Eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri) - Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only - Preferred Certifications: NIHSS - Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Cardiac Stepdown, inpatient only **Preferred Experience:** - Preferred Skillset/Experience: Not specifically listed **Shift and Scheduling:** - Nights, 1900-0730 - Weekend Hours: As required by facility/every other weekend - No call requirements **Other Requirements:** - Must be a team player and promote positive culture - Flu Vaccination/Mercy Approved Exemptions required between November 1-April 1 - Must be available the entire week for orientation if assigned night shift (orients on day shift) **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to meet unit-specific physical demands - Significant bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance - Push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally **Patient Care and Unit Details:** - Unit: Cardiac Stepdown - Equipment: Chest tubes, Temp Pacemakers, Bipaps - EMR: EPIC - Patient Ratios: 1:3-1:4 - Type of Patients on Unit: Post op CABG/Valve, Thoracotomies, Resp. Failure, Chest pain
