The required or preferred experience, certifications, degrees, licensure, skills, and qualifications for the Cath Lab technologist position include: - License/Certificate Verification - Ascension Specialty Exam (for onboarding) - Ascension Core Competencies (for onboarding) - Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation (for onboarding) - Health-related checks including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap (all for onboarding) - Driver's License/State ID (for submission) - Ascension Profile (for submission) - Ascension 2 Professional References (for submission) - Criminal Background Check Results (for onboarding) - Ascension Skills Checklist (for onboarding) - Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen (for onboarding) - Ascension Education Verification (for onboarding) - Ascension Confirmation of Assignment (for onboarding) - Ascension Employment Verification (for onboarding)
