Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Tele RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - 18 months PERMANENT experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments. - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. **Certifications:** - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. **Testing and Assessments:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. **References:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and the profile will be rejected. **COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Additional Requirements:** - All RTO to be discussed during the interview and must be included at time of submission. - Must be nicotine-free (aside from Nurses and CSTs) - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - Badging and Fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. **Note:** - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
