**Experience and Certifications Required:** - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (required, must be willing to obtain if offered) - 2 years minimum experience in ER of equivalent size - Certifications: NRP*, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified - Charting System Experience: Preferred (Cerner) - Skills: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, multisystem organ dysfunction/failure management, central line care, emergency medications, IV vasopressors, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, CVA management, splint application, burn care, epiglottitis management, near drowning, poison ingestion management, sickle cell crisis management, spinal cord injury management, psychiatric hold management, general emergency department combined adult/pedi, EKG/ECG obtaining, blood product administration, IV management, management of various conditions (e.g., abdominal pain, asthma, head injury, hyperglycemia, etc.), isolation precautions/PPE, triage. **Additional Unit Details:** - Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics - Daily Census: 200 - Number of Beds: 42 **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required - Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed) - Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start - Local Radius: 50 miles, Local Rule: Not accepted - An on-site drug screen will be conducted for specified substances.
