Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ICU RN to take an assignment in Phoenix, Arizona.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 20, 2026.

Job Details:
- Shift: 12H Nights

- Facility Specific Job Notes:
**Experience and Skills:** - Must have level 1 trauma experience. - Required: 2 years ICU experience. - Must have experience in a 600+ bed teaching facility. - RNs need to read and interpret their own strips. - ICU travelers required to float amongst all ICU areas and potentially to other campuses. - Must have common titratable and set rate drips skills. **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Clinical Competency Requirements:** - Pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance (two attempts allowed). - Must pass a SIMs Lab on day 1 that includes Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes, with specific exceptions for NyICU and ED. (Port-a-cath insertion in ED instead of central line dressing change). - Competency in maintaining a sterile field is essential. - Additional educational components on lifts, restraints, and wound care. **Other Requirements:** - Must have a valid driver's license as the primary source of truth for the 50-mile radius rule. - Must have natural hair color and no facial piercings, men must be clean-shaven for fit tests. - Travel teams must have their own vehicles. **Unit Specifications:** - Unit consists of SICU/MICU/Trauma ICU with 40 beds per unit (120 beds total). - 12-hour shifts (7-7), self-scheduling possible with adjustment by schedulers. - Navy scrub color/dress code. - Weekend requirement of 3 shifts every 4 weeks. - Orientation involves 2 shifts on the floor. - Proficiency with Cerner charting system. **Additional Experience:** - Experience with procedures such as bronchs, trachs, and hemodialysis catheter placements. - Familiarity with treating common diagnoses: sepsis, GI bleed, DKA, trauma-related conditions, liver and kidney transplant recovery, and more.
