Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 20, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - 2 years of experience in nursing - Experience in using ventilators, titration of pressors, and insulin drips - Must have proficiency with titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, insulin drips, tracheostomy vents, arterial lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes - Must have been at the bedside within the last 6 months - Travel experience required **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience **Certifications Required:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Licensure:** - Pending License accepted - Must have a valid state license at the time of submission - Missouri requires an MO license or a compact license in the applicant's home state **Charting and Technical Skills:** - Experience with EPIC charting system preferred - Skills in procedural sedation administration/monitoring, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs), telemetry, cardiac telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Management and interpretation of dysrhythmias - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Management of cardiac and vasoactive drips (including titration) - Care of ventilated patients, including BiPAP/CPAP management, high flow nasal cannula, and oxygen administration **Additional Requirements:** - No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius - EPIC experience required for certain units - Must be open to floating to floors of lower acuity to meet facility needs - Comfortable with adult patient age groups and high acuity step-down unit settings - Familiar with special equipment like Bipap, Opti flow, and art line management
