Job Details:

• Shift: 12H Nights
• Total Weekly Hours: 36
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Trauma Level: Level 4
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

- At least 2+ years of ED RN experience required - Must have at least 1+ year of travel experience - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required - Expected to handle all patients from ESI level 1-5 - Must be able to care for stroke, STEMI, trauma, and sepsis patients - Must enable triage and assess patients quickly - Must perform clinical skills including PIV, NG/OG tubes, foleys, splinting, wound care - Must know how to assist with art line, central line, and chest tube placement - Required skills: triage, PIV, port access/deaccess, foley placement, NG/OG placement, wound care, splint/OCL application - Preferred skill: US guided IV - Facility size: 93 beds - Number of beds in unit: 11 - Serve patients from neonates to elderly - Designation: Level III trauma center, ACC Chest Pain/STEMI center, and Joint Commission Acute Ready Stroke Center
