- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS - Required Experience: 2 years Cath Lab experience, EPIC, travel experience - Credential Requirements: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification - Other Requirements: Must be able to float to sites within 40 miles if needed - Call and Rotation: Based on department needs, currently 10+ days of call rotating with core staff, every 3rd weekend and holidays rotation. - Education and Professional Verification: Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Professional References, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension Employment Verification - Health and Personal Information Requirements: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, 12 Panel Drug Screen, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire (Optional) - Testing and Skills Checklist: Ascension Skills Checklist, Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Epic Test-Out, Color Vision - Additional Information: Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Badge Photo, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment, Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding, Ascension Nova StatStrip - Optional Requirements: Hiring Manager Evaluation, Name Change Document, Unit Specific Checklist - Note: Ascension Onboarding includes a variety of professional, health, and testing requirements.
