**Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program with current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). **Skills and Qualifications:** - Strong communication skills. - Attentive to details. - Thorough knowledge of sterile technique. - Commitment to the team concept. - Strong commitment to task. **Responsibilities:** - Delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and perioperative services. - Meet surgical standards of nursing practice. - Maintain skills in setting priorities, organizing workload, handling changes in assignment, and integrating multiple assignments. - Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. - Develop and implement total nursing care, assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans. - Participate and implement age-specific care and interaction. - Collaborate with healthcare team in patient/family assessment. - Perform and reassess head-to-toe assessments on all patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric. - Adequately assess and reassess pain and utilize appropriate pain management techniques.
