Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Lima, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 7, 2026.

**Experience and Skills:** - 2+ Years of Experience - [REQUIRED] - Post-operative open heart care experience - [REQUIRED] - Critical Care Experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Chest tube and other drain management experience - Required - Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access - Required - Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms - Required - Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities - Required - Experience with procedures and equipment, including assisting with chest tube removal, assisting with removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers (pericardial and transcutaneous devices), use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems - Required - Must float to all units within skill level - Required **Certifications and Licenses:** - Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] - Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] - Nursys must show Active Ohio/OH or Compact RN License - [REQUIRED] **Additional Requirements:** - Work history - Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Telemetry) - [REQUIRED]
