The job description for the Cath Lab RN position includes the following requirements and qualifications: - Two on-call shifts weekly and two weekend on-call shifts per 6-week schedule. - Cover call for July 4th weekend is required. - Required health and certification history includes: COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, and a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen. - Professional credentials include a Trinity Profile, Trinity Criminal Background Check, Trinity Education Verification, and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing. - License and certifications must be verified. - Submission and onboarding will require completing various forms and agreements such as Trinity Confirmation of Patient & Party Info & System Security Agreement, Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form, and others. - A checklist/testing for Trinity Skills Checklist and a Trinity System Access Form are necessary. - Required involvement in professional testing includes Trinity Joint Commission Testing and checking Criminal Background. - Professional obligations include adhering to the Trinity Code of Conduct Form and provision of a Trinity I9. - Color vision testing, known as Trinity Color Vision, is part of personal health history verification for onboarding.
