Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a NICU RN to take an assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a level 3 or 4 Intensive Care Nursery (ICN). - Vents experience. **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) **Additional Required and Preferred Skills:** - Attend High Risk Deliveries - Central Line/Implanted Line Care - Colostomy/ileostomy management/care - Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management - ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)* - Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage) - ICP (Intracranial Pressure) monitoring* - IV vasopressors - NICU II*, NICU III, NICU IV - Nitric Oxide (INo) - Oxygen Delivery Systems - Placement/Management of oral/nasogastric/nasojejunal tubes - Therapeutic hypothermia (cooling blanket) - Thermoregulation - Tracheostomy care/management - UAC (Umbilical Artery Catheter) - UVC (Umbilical Vein Catheter) - Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP) **Charting Experience:** - Preferred experience with Epic charting system. **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license required in hand at time of start, pending OK for submission. **Traveler Experience:** - Unit will accept first-time travelers. **Scheduling and Location Requirements:** - Must be willing to float to other units based on skill sets and census. - Perm address under 50 miles will be offered a lower local rate. **References:** - Two manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred at time of submission. **Additional Details:** - Must be comfortable working weekends as required: 3 Fridays, 3 Saturdays, and 3 Sundays in a 6-week period. - RTO (Requested Time Off) up to a maximum of 7 days, with requirement to work 2 out of 3 major holidays. No RTO allowed during the first week of assignment due to orientation.
