**Required Experience and Skills:** - Must have NICU experience that is heavily focused on feeding of preterm and medically complex infants - Must have Dysphagia experience **Required Licensure and Certifications:** - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - SLP, CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) - BLS Certification **Education Requirements:** - Master's degree - Respective state temporary license with supervision for 18 months or respective state license and CCC **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist - Valid state driver's license **Other Skills and Knowledge:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented **Shift and Schedule:** - 8-hour days, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM **Charting System:** - Documentation using EPIC **Driving License:** - Valid state driver's license (preferred)
