Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a X Ray Tech Radiology to take an assignment in Lapeer, Michigan.

The job requires the following qualifications and documentation: - Active ARRT certification. - Active licensure to be uploaded prior to the start. - Hepatitis B documentation: Can provide proof of three doses/series, a positive titer, or a recent declination (using the facility's declination form). - Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or a declination statement for the current flu season. If declined, the traveler will be required to wear a mask. - COVID Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or a medical/religious exemption with a letter of attestation. Refer to the McLaren COVID Exemption document for completion if an exemption is sought. - Negative 10-panel drug screen results within the last year. - Michigan ICHAT Search Results within 30 days of the start. - AHSA I-9 Attestation completion and upload. - TB Test: One PPD, 2 Step, TB Quantiferon, T-Spot, or Chest X-Ray with proof of a positive PPD within two years of the start. - Sexual Offender and Predator Registry Search within 30 days of start. - A 7-year criminal background check, including a national search and SSN verification, within one year of the start.
