Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a L&D RN to take an assignment in Des Moines, Iowa.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 6, 2026.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12H Nights
• Total Weekly Hours: 36
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate or Advance EFM/AWHONN certificate
• Trauma Level: Level 1
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** 1. Experience in Labor & Delivery. 2. High risk OB experience in a level I trauma facility. 3. Antepartum, C-section/vaginal delivery experience. 4. Completed at least one travel assignment in the previous 12 months. 5. EPIC EMR experience. 6. Work history must include recent/current Labor & Delivery experience. 7. Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at the time of submission. 8. AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS certificate. 9. AHA/American Heart Association ACLS certificate. 10. NRP certificate. 11. AWHONN certificate (Intermediate or Advanced EFM). **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** 1. Experience in Post Partum/mother-baby care. 2. Professional reference/reference check from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within 24 months. **Required Documents:** 1. Skills Checklist specific to Labor & Delivery. 2. Driver’s License. 3. AWHONN certificate. **Certifications Required:** 1. Basic Life Support (BLS). 2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). 3. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
