Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a OR RN to take an assignment in Flagstaff, Arizona.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 6, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 2 years of experience in OR nursing. - Trauma Level I experience required. - Must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies). - Must have level I trauma experience, but highly skilled clinicians with recent level II trauma experience in like-sized/larger facilities will be considered. - Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license required. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience preferred. **Skills:** - Required skills include Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Administration of blood & blood products, ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), Amputations, Anterior cervical fusion, Anterior/Posterior Repair (Colporrhaphy), Appendectomy, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Arthroscopy, Bilateral tubal ligation, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Cholecystectomy, Craniotomy, Hernia repair (inguinal/umbilical), etc. - Strong in multiple specialties, with required neuro and trauma, endovascular/vascular experience. **Certifications and Licenses:** - Unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license required. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. **Charting Experience:** - Experience with Cerner charting system preferred. **Special Equipment:** - Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Hana Table, etc. is a plus. **Additional Requirements:** - Ability to adhere to the facility's quality and patient safety standards, including medication administration (BCMA). - Scrubbing experience is a plus for RN staff. **Other Notes:** - Candidates must complete certain compliance documents and testing within specified timeframes as part of the submission process.
