The job description primarily involves assisting in cardiovascular lab procedures under the supervision of a physician. The role requires monitoring data related to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring the procedure room is prepared, and managing instrument supplies. The position includes training new staff and participating in departmental meetings and improvement activities. The schedule is from Monday to Thursday, with on-call duties for 15 days every six weeks. **Licensing and Certification Requirements:** - License/Certificate Verification is necessary for onboarding. - Prime Education Verification for onboarding. - Driver's License/State ID is required for onboarding. - Prime OIG, SAM/EPLS, Agency Attestation, and Criminal Background Check are needed for onboarding. **Health and Safety Requirements:** - Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test), Color-blind test, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Physical/Health Statement are required for onboarding. **Exams and Competencies:** - Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Specialty Exam are required for onboarding. **Submission and Reference Requirements:** - Prime Resume and two references are necessary for submission. - Name Verification Affidavit, COVID-19 Vaccine, Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray, Prime Badge Photo, and Prime COA are optional for submission or onboarding. Additionally, the position requires completing a Form I-9 for employment eligibility verification.
