Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Manager RN to take an assignment in Charleston, West Virginia.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 23, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 2 years RN experience. - 5 years of Trauma Related Experience. - Trauma Level I Experience. - Experience with the trauma registry, ACS standards. - Performance improvement experience for a level 1 trauma center specifically for the American College of Surgeons. **Education:** - Bachelor's Degree required. Associates Degree with 10 years of experience may be substituted for the BSN. **Licensure and Credentials:** - Registered Nurse (Required) - WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission. - BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required by the unit) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA). - TNCC Preferred. **References:** - Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required. **Skills and Abilities:** - Competency through an initial orientation and ongoing competency validation. - Demonstrated positive customer service and co-worker relations. - Compliance with the company's attendance policy. **Additional Requirements:** - Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Candidates between 75 and 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Previous probationary actions on a license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. - Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from the last permanent employment date before returning as a traveler. - Current Vandalia Health System employees (perm, PRN, etc.) are not eligible for travel contracts within the health system. **Charting System:** - Experience with CERNER Charting System. **Leadership Experience:** - Not focused on management experience, but experience with peer performance improvement amongst trauma surgeons is emphasized.
