**Required Experience and Certifications:** - 2 years of experience required - Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology - American Speech/Hearing/Language Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - Licensed with the State of Oklahoma - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for Healthcare Providers required **Preferred Experience:** - Charting System Experience: Preferred - Charting System Name: Meditech **Vaccination Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Patient Age Groups:** - Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics **Additional Notes:** - Local candidates not considered; 45 mile radius - Meditech experience preferred - OK or compact license required; see job description for Allied
