- **Certifications/Licenses:** BLS, ARRT (CT), Wisconsin Radiologic License - **Experience:** Experience with GE CT scanner, EPIC, travel experience - **Shift Details:** Second Shift (1400 - 2230), no call, no weekends, rotational holiday as needed - **Additional Requirements:** - License/Certificate Verification - Completion of Ascension Core Competencies and Skills Checklist - Driver's License/State ID - Two professional references - Criminal Background Check Results - Health History requirements including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (optional), Chest X-Ray (if PPD positive, optional), Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap, and 2 Step PPD OR IGRA - 12 Panel Drug Screen - Education and Employment Verification - Ascension Profile and criminal background screening - Additional optional documents such as Badge Photo, Hiring Manager evaluation, and Name Change Document - **Professional Requirements:** Completion of Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation.
