**Licensure and Certifications:** - Current Licensure as a Registered Radiologic Technologist in the State of Ohio. - BLS certification - ACLS certification **Experience Requirements:** - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified - Years of Experience: 2 years recent/continuous experience - Patient Ratio Experience: Not specified - Charting System Experience: Preferred (GE Healthcare) - Community Hospital Experience: Not specified - LTAC Experience: Not specified - Trauma Level I Experience: Not specified - Trauma Level II Experience: Not specified - Travel Experience Required: Yes **Skills:** - Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab* - Electrophysiology (EP) Lab* - Fluoroscopy - GE Innova IGS* - Interventional Cardiac Cath lab* - Interventional Radiology* - Maintains equipment - Maintains inventory **Additional Requirements:** - Must be responding to the worksite within 30 minutes of call back notification. Travelers will stay on-site when on-call. - Must be able to float to all 3 campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) if needed. - Epic Experience preferred **Work History and References:** - Candidate profiles must include two recent supervisory references. **Additional Compliance:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Smoke-Free Facility and Campus **Travel and On Call Requirements:** - Every 3rd weekend and 2-3 days on call during the week. - If placed on call, traveler must arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in. **Modules:** - Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required, completed pre-start. Modules vary by profession and are recorded through HealthStream.
