**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 2 years of experience - Previous charge experience required - Travel experience required - 1 year experience in profession **Required Certifications:** - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - STABLE Program Certification - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AWHONN Intermediate - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Skills:** - Administration of blood & blood products - Amnioinfusion - Antepartum care - Anticoagulation therapy - Antihypertensive and antiseizure management - APGAR scoring - Assist with amniocentesis, high-risk delivery, sterile speculum exam, vaginal delivery - Breastfeeding/lactation support - Cervical Cerclage - Cesarean Section - Circulate for C-section, D & C - Drawing venous blood - Epidural Anesthesia - Foley catheter management - Forceps/vacuum extraction - General Anesthesia - High Risk Antepartum - ID/Security Banding, Infant Identification - Insulin drips and dysrhythmias interpretation - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Labor & Delivery management - Magnesium Sulfate therapy - Central lines maintenance (CVC/PICC) - Mother/Baby care - Multiple childbirth management - Non-Stress Tests (NST) and Oxytocin Challenge Tests (OCT) - Pain assessment & management - Pitocin (oxytocin) administration - Postpartum Hemorrhage management - Radiant Warmers/Thermoregulation - Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns - Recovery for C-Sections - Reflex checks/Edema assessment - Spiral Electrode Placement - Starting and maintaining IVs - Sterile vaginal exams - Terbutaline administration - Obstetrical patient triage - Tubal Ligation - Use of EFM and internal fetal monitoring **Charting System**: - Cerner experience preferred **Staffing and Scheduling:** - Scheduling Type: Self - Weekend Coverage: Yes (6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule) - Night Patient Ratios: 6 **Vaccine Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed) - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required **Local Rule:** - Not accepted if within a 50-mile radius **Additional Unit Information:** - Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adults - Number of Beds: 17
