Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Wheeling, West Virginia.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on November 16, 2026.

**Required Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS **Certification Details:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Unit Information:** - Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (IMU) - Bed Count: 30 beds (14 private & 16 semi-private) **Experience Required:** - Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips - Experience in titrating drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Labetolol, Nitro, and Heparin. Occasionally Lasix. **EMR System:** Sunrise **Other Requirements:** - Must include a copy of the candidate's unexpired driver's license - Disclosure of any licensing hits is required at submission - Ability to float to Tele or MedSurg units with adjusted patient ratios **Education:** - BSN not required **Shift Details:** - 12-hour shifts (7a - 7p) - Self-scheduling permitted with unit needs in mind - Weekend work requirements as defined **Additional Info:** - Must meet attendance and tardiness policy with 0 tolerance for issues - Thorough orientation involving time with HR and a preceptor on the unit
