Description
Travel RN Case Manager – Ashland, WI | 13 Weeks | 40 Hrs/Week
We’re seeking an experienced RN Case Manager / Utilization Review Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in an acute care setting in Ashland, WI.
Position Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week guaranteed)
- Shift: Days (8-hour shifts)
- Setting: Acute Care – Case Management
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care plans and discharge planning
- Perform utilization review and ensure medical necessity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Work within EPIC charting system
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years RN Case Management experience
- Active RN license (required at submission)
- BLS (AHA) required
- BSN not required
Additional Info:
- Unit: Case Management / Utilization Review
- Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
- Orientation details provided upon assignment
