- Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week
- Openings: 2 Registered Nurse positions
- On-Call & Weekend Schedule: Determined by facility
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
- Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
- No license hits or disciplinary actions
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Flu vaccination required (declinations may be considered)
- Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license
- Meet facility-specific background and compliance requirements
PCU Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled
