Location: Boston, MA 02115
Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
Unit: Emergency Department (ER)
Start Date: December 15, 2025 (flexible to January 12, 2026)
End Date: March 15, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 16-hour nights (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 32
Openings: 6 Emergency Room RN positions
Weekend/Holiday Availability: Required (must be available for either Thanksgiving or Christmas)
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680-$1800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license or compact state eligibility
At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
Ability to work 16-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Compliance with all healthcare onboarding requirements (MMR, TB, Influenza, Fit Test, background check)

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department
Perform rapid assessments and triage for diverse patient populations
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a high-volume ER setting
