Travel Nursing Job Details

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Travel Assignment
Location: Naples, FL 34119 (Southwest Florida nursing jobs)
Assignment Type: Travel RN – Operating Room
Duration: 13-week contract
Start Date: December 29, 2025
Shift: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts/week)
Hours per Week: 40
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1630-$1750
On-Site Position
Floating: May float between campuses as needed

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact state (Florida nursing jobs)
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience, with expertise in Orthopedics, Neuro, and Robotic surgery
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
CNOR certification preferred
Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills in the OR setting

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and healthcare staff to provide high-quality patient care in the operating room
Maintain a sterile surgical environment and ensure all supplies and equipment are prepared
Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures, including orthopedic, neuro, and robotic cases
Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Communicate effectively with patients' families and update physician preference cards
Float between hospital campuses in Naples, FL as needed to support patient care
