Home Health- Physical Therapist (PT)- Job Details

Schedule
Shift: 8-hour days
Hours: 40/week (guaranteed)
Timing: Mon–Fri, ~8 AM – 5 PM
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
Requirements
2+ years experience
BLS certification
OASIS documentation experience (important)
Home health experience = preferred
TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-13127. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
