Occupational Therapist – HIRING!

Job Details:
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00
Chicago, IL

13-week contract
Setting: LTACH or ICU or Medsurg
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Requirements:
More than 1 year of experience
Active Occupational Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with Protouch, Net Health for Lifepoint billing EMR preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred) from an accredited program

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-19990. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
