Occupational Therapist (OT) – HIRING!

Location: Lebanon, OR
Setting: Acute/Inpatient Rehabilitation
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Job Details:
Start Date: 06/08/2026
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements:
Active Oregon OT License required
Minimum 1 year of experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification required

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-22162. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
