Location: Lebanon, OR
Setting: Acute/Inpatient Rehabilitation
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Requirements:
Active Oregon OT License required
Minimum 1 year of experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification required
