Job Details:
Weekly Gross: $2,240.00
Chicago IL
13-week contract
Setting: LTAC

Requirements:
2 year of recent experience
Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with Protouch EMR preferred

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-24781. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
