Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy

Minimum Experience Requirements

Preferred:

Two years' perioperative nursing experience
Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification in the state of practice
Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Status (PEARS)
Association of perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) membership

Required Skills

Circulating and scrubbing duties
Suturing muscle, fascia, subcutaneous, and skin tissue in collaboration with the surgeon
Managing aseptic environment
