-Children's MN is now requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for employees and contingent workers.
-Facility workweek is different than Fastaff, please be sure RN is aware of this. Will work based off facility workweek but will be paid according to Fastaff workweek
-Located in the heart of Minneapolis. Very close to Mall of America.

Orientation:
-N95 fit testing required
-MN fingerprinting Required
Unit Details:
BLS AND PALS Required
BSN strongly preferred - Please consider this when sending applicants.
Two (2) years pediatric CVICU nursing experience and competent to care for pre-operative, immediate post-operative cardiac surgical patients, and pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients, or two (2) years PICU nursing experience which includes the ability to care for: pre-operative and immediate post-operative PICU surgical patients, and trauma patients.
-strong CVICU (neuro, trauma, respiratory, trach-vents) experience, will float to PICU also when needed
-cardiac pediatric patient experience required
• Primary Department: CVICU
• Secondary Department: PICU (will float as needed between PICU and CVICU)
• Primary Location: Minneapolis
• Secondary Location: St Paul
- There are 2 campuses - Minneapolis and St. Paul. Home base will likely be Minneapolis but RNs must be willing to float to both campuses. 11 Miles apart
-12H D/N, 7 weekends (every other), either 0.9 or 1.2 FTE, and floating between Minneapolis and St Paul
-Minneapolis has 30 beds, while St Paul has 12 beds
-Usual RN/patient ratio is 1:1 or 1:2
