MN Active Perm License Required
*if Rn has temp license, we need proof of application for Perm at submit
1 week of LOA or less will be sent

Facility Details:
-Children's MN is now requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for employees and contingent workers.
-Facility workweek is different than Fastaff, please be sure RN is aware of this. Will work based off facility workweek but will be paid according to Fastaff workweek
-Located in the heart of Minneapolis. Very close to Mall of America.

-Cerner/FirstNet EMR
-Royal Blue Scrubs
-Parking Costs will be reimbursed if receipts are turned in

Orientation:
-N95 fit testing required
-MN fingerprinting Required
