Description

HT Must Have to Submit Notes:
These positions are auto-offers from the client, and as such, all candidates must be fully vetted prior to submission. This includes confirming they have no RTO, their commitment to accept the offer and start the assignment as scheduled with no delays. The client has emphasized the importance of minimizing cancellations and expects only reliable, ready-to-start candidates to be presented.

MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT:

SSN and DOB Required to submit.
Active License, Nursys Required. No candidates with previous hits on their license can be submitted to crisis orders. Please confirm with the candidate that they have no previous disciplines. A new Nursys has to be pulled the day of submission.
Minimum 1 Eval Required
Skills checklist in the specialty we’re submitting to is required
All active certs required at Match. The client will not consider candidates who have certs that expire within 30 days of the start date. If NIH is required, it’s required to be completed within a year.
No local candidates will be considered within 50 miles of the facility.
DL REQUIRED AT MATCH! Before matching, please verify that the candidate’s driver’s license does not list a local address within a 50-mile radius. Ensure the driver's license is either attached to the candidate’s profile or uploaded to the credentials page in BH.
The state of the candidates DL needs to match the candidates Compact state License, and it has to be active. NO EXPIRED DL. PLEASE REVIEW THE EXP DATE BEFORE ADDING IT TO THE PROFILE.
No Temp licenses will be considered
Minimum 1 year experience in the area in which subcontractor is applying, at an acute care facility, with no employment gap greater than 90 days in the last year.
Candidates profile needs to show they have 1 year experience. Please make sure the candidate's work history is updated or the client will reject them
Client requires the candidates to accept the offer within 2 hours. Please make sure the candidate is aware.

Facility Details:

HCA Facility – If your candidate has been an employee at HCA within the last year, they will not be eligible for a travel assignment.
The client requires nurses to be willing to float to another HCA facility within 25 miles if needed. This doesn’t happen often, but the candidate does need to be willing to float if they’re asked.
Modules will be required to be completed within 2 weeks of starting the assignment. Candidates will be paid 8 hours for the modules at their hourly rate as soon as they turn in their transcripts for the modules and all pending compliance. (Any Returnees who were paid previously for module completion at any HCA crisis assignment will not qualify for another payment within a year)
Client has updated compliance to where 2-3 modules are required prior to start. This could take up to 2 hours. Please make sure the candidate starts these immediately once sent by credentialing. (Code of conduct, EKG, Meditech, De-escalation.
Floating down a unit is required as needed.
