Facility Details:
- DRIVERS ONLY: The closest airport is 50 miles away.  No public transportation. This is a very small town
-Onsite housing: We have onsite housing that we offer for a $5/hour reduction in pay. It is a single room with a bed, small table, and bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchenette down the hallway.
- Average 100 cases per month

Orientation:
- 8/10 start date
- 40hrs, 8 hr days
- 12 weeks
- Orientation on Mondays

Unit Details:
- BLS Required
- 2+ years of OR experience preferred
- scrubbing experience preferred
- General, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, OB/GYN, Endoscopy experience required
- Number of Suites: 1 OR suite, 1 OR/OB suite, 1 procedure room, 6 pre-post bays, 2 bay PACU                                                                         
- Call Requirements: Yes call is required, typically 8-10 shifts per month, typically 1-3 weekend coverage unless needs are more
- Shift: DAYS
- SCH to low census “call off” staff one time every 2 weeks without penalty (AM add to confirmation)
