Facility Details:
*LOAs must be included in your submit
*Travelers cannot be a current Montefiore Staff Nurses or part of the Montefiore Per Diem pool.  Former Montefiore Staff Nurses/Per Diem members must wait 6 months before working as an Agency nurse.
*Any RN trying to switch agencies (example from Med Solutions to Fastaff), must wait 3 month after their assignment ends to switch.
*COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED. Resources must be fully vaccinated by the start date.
*Flu shot required
*No Artificial Nails of any kind
*LOAs must be included in your submit
*Block Scheduling cannot be accommodated
*Travel Nurses Float First
*Ceil blue scrubs

Position Details:
BLS, NRP required
This is a level III NICU
2yrs recent NICU experience required.

• 15 Certified Beds
• Ratio: 1:1- 1:3 based on acuity
• Ancillary staff: Unit Secretary, PCA as needed
• Experience needed: Mechanical ventilation, BCPAP, High Flow Nasal Canal, Trach, Nitric, intubated
• Continuous IV drips: vasopressors, analgesics, insulin, electrolytes, blood products
• Vent experience REQUIRED
• Do travelers attend deliveries: If NICU assistance is required or anticipated NICU admission
• NICU RNS will float to other Baby Unit to care for babies or complete newborn admissions
