• 1-2 Evaluations
• All LOA up front
• Direct Client!!

Recruitment:

• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• NO LOA will be approved or sent for approval after submission
• Hospital is currently under construction!
• Level 2 Trauma Facility- Only Hospital in town

Orientation:

• 40 hrs/wk
• 13 wks
• Start: 1/27 or 2/10

Unit Details: 

• BLS, ACLS
• 2 yrs of IR experience required
• 250 patients/day, 72,000/year
• Shift: 730-1600, M-F with on call rotation. 
• Call requirements: 1-2 weeknights 4p -7a, Every 4th weekend of call
• EMR: Epic
