Description
Registered Nurse - ICU (Travel)
Location: Bowling Green, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Information
- Unit: ICU/CCU
- Number of Beds: 16
- Patient Ratios: Typically 2:1, occasionally 3:1
- Staffing: Medical Technicians regularly; additional techs depending on census
- Equipment Used: Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, Hemodynamic monitoring
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Floating Policy: Float in rotation with core staffing
- Scheduling: Flexible scheduling options with a teamwork environment; mix of day and night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- PALS

- Dress Code: Scrubs of any color allowed; no denim, capris, or camouflage patterns
