CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Position)

Location: Ft. Walton Beach, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Job Description

• Perform both CT and X-ray exams independently, including all CT exams and diagnostic x-rays.
• Work schedule includes shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday through Sunday.
• Must be experienced in all aspects of diagnostic radiology, including OR, fluoroscopy, interventional cases, trauma, and portable cases.
• Use of equipment such as GE and KONICA.
• Documentation systems include MEDITECH and CENTRICITY PACS.
• Scheduling requires coverage for weekends and holidays, including on-call duties.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Dress code: Black scrubs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
• ARRT Certification in CT and Radiology (R)
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Experience with MEDITECH and CENTRICITY PACS systems

• Unit: Radiology, located on the first floor of the main building.
• Hospital is a top-performing acute care facility with advanced services including open heart surgery, stroke center accreditation, cancer care, cardiovascular and trauma care, and multiple emergency departments.
• The radiology unit supports a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures.
