Location
Asheville, North Carolina
Job Type
Travel, 13 weeks, 36 hours per week
Role Overview
This role is for a rapid response team position supporting care across the hospital rather than a standard patient assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float (5 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Rapid Response experience
Preferred Experience
- Medical ICU background
- ED background
Schedule
- Rotating weekends
- No call
Work Setting
- Floating throughout the facility as needed
Clinical Focus
- Cardiac arrest, TTM, and other post-resuscitation care
- Trauma, stroke, and STEMI workups
Additional Notes
- Cerner is used as the EMR
- Royal blue or house scrubs are required
